When joining this site, you are agreeing to the rules. The rules are a must and they are to be followed. Not following the rules can have bad side effects. Also, please keep yourself up to date on the rules, they could change or something could be added at any moment. You are also agreeing to the rules of proboards, which you should and MUST have read! Of course, if you have been apart of proboards for some time now, the rules should come natural to you. Rules are pretty much the same on EVERY site, with a little bit of change in each of them. UNO;; MAKING A CHARACTER

;; you are allowed more then one character. though that will result in making another account or so. no doubling on accounts. i do not like you posting as another character on any account, but their own. thanks. you may only have one professor/school staff character. but remember, your students have to take classes. so do not try and take on more then you can handle.

DOS;; SIGNATURE

;; you MUST supply a signature for your character. if you do not know what i mean, please fill free to ask. in the signature, it must be of a human face. it doesn't have to be a celebrity or anything, you may use yourself or a friend. You must go to the face claim to claim the face you are using, that way no one else can snag it. .

TRES;; PROFILE

;; your profile will be able to be accessed by admins and you only! when you sign up, you can make your user name whatever you want. though you will have to modify your profile name to the name of your character, before your character can be sorted. so if you have not been sorted and don't understand why, then apparently you didn't read the rules.

CUATRO;; RP POSTING

;; when you are in roleplaying mode, you will need to be a little semi-literate. by semi-literate, you should try to develop a good post by a paragraph or two, average six to eight sentences a paragraph. there isn't a certain amount of words you have to have, which on most sites there are. here we just ask you to do your best. but to keep track, if you like doing that we do have a word counter you can see at the bottom before you post. you may post more, of course, there is no arguing with a good 5 or 6 paragraph post.

CINCO;; RATING

;; we do not really have a site rating. most sites are pg-13, so i guess we can rate it there. though i know from my own experience some roleplays do get a little intense. so please, if you are going to have a 'heated' roleplay make it noted by putting R or something in the title of it. i'd prefer if you didn't go into HIGH details either.

SEIS;; DRAMA

;; oh my, what would a site be without it, right? but please, we don't want this getting out of hand. no one person can go through more drama then the whole world can. so lets be realistic with it, please.

SIETE;; ACTIVITY

;; this is the most important thing. a site can not functional correctly without active members. this doesn't mean you have to come on EVERY day, but please don't fall inactive. if you are going to be gone for a certain amount of time, please let us know. .

OCHO;; SORTING

;; this is probably the easiest part of the site, really. sorting takes place every term. you will start as a 11/12 year old first year, NO EXCEPTIONS. you will have to take classes to move up in years. if you do not take classes and/or fall inactive, your student will REMAIN a first year.

NUEVE;; BEING SORTED

;; the rules are pretty much the same. your username MUST be changed to your characters name before when can sort you and you must have filled out the sorting application. once you have done this, one of the administrators will look at your application and decide on the correct house for you.

DIEZ;; AFTER BEING APPROVED

;; once your character has been sorted, you will be able to move on to roleplay, until that time you are NOT under no circumstances allowed to roleplay until then.

ONCE;; NOT ALLOWED

;; we do NOT allow power playing AT ALL. you make your character for YOU, as do other people. do not try and play their characters. also, no one's character is perfect. so do not go trying to make your character a mary/gary sue. they will not be tolerated on the site. this means saying your character is the most beautiful person or everyone loved him because he was hot, no no, you will have to fix your application big time with that.

DOCE;; THIRD PERSON

;; to the good stuff. =) when you are roleplay, you will be in third person. if you look up third person, it will explain what you need to know. when your characters is talking, but what they are saying in quotation marks [" saying "]. when they are thinking put it in italics.

TRECE;; OTHER

;; please remember you are playing a fictional character. sometimes it is quite easy to get lost in the life of your character. but this character is NOT you. try not to get personal why you are playing them, though some people do base their character of themselves.

CATORCE;; AGES

;; the aging on the site will gone by term. the only way your character can go up a year is to take classes, as i have said plenty of times before. but that is also the only way your character can go up in ages as well. below is a list of how old your character will be in each year, no exceptions will be made to have a fourteen year old first year or something like that. everyone starts as an eleven year old and MUST work their way up.
